Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hotel team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort throughout the hotel.
The Housekeeper will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish furniture and fixtures.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to management.
Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and stored safely.
Follow hotel health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests when required.
Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.
Assist with deep-cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects as assigned.
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
Positive attitude, honesty, and reliability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
