Core Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design and implement annual sales and marketing plans that align with the hotel's revenue targets and commercial objectives.
Digital & Content Management: Oversee the hotel's online presence, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), digital advertising (PPC), website content, and guest review platforms.
Campaign Execution: Create multi-channel promotions to increase occupancy during off-peak seasons or to boost sales for food and beverage outlets.
Social Media & Reputation Management: Manage the hotel's social media profiles and proactively monitor guest feedback to maintain brand reputation.
Market Analysis: Track competitor pricing, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities (like corporate travel or MICE segments).
Performance Tracking: Measure the return on investment (ROI) for various marketing initiatives and make strategic adjustments to optimize revenue channels
Key Skills & Qualifications
Industry Expertise: A strong understanding of the hospitality and travel industry, including OTA (Online Travel Agency) distribution and revenue management.
Analytical & Creative Thinking: Ability to blend data-driven decision-making with creative storytelling.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and web analytics
