Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hotel Supervisor and Resort Supervisorto oversee the daily operations of a hotel in Abuja.
The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, supervise staff, maintain operational standards, and support the hotel's profitability through effective leadership and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities


Supervise the hotel's day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead, schedule, and manage front office, housekeeping, and other operational staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints.
Monitor room readiness, cleanliness, and overall hotel presentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure facilities are well maintained.
Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes when necessary.
Maintain occupancy records, daily reports, and operational documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of operational supplies.
Enforce hotel policies, health and safety standards, and service quality procedures.
Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
Assist management in implementing strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Handle emergencies and make sound operational decisions when required.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 5 years' experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience working in a hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software/PMS.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
