Our client in the hospitality industry is hiring a Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest experiences across all departments.
Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a hotel, resort, lodge, retreat, or similar hospitality establishment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and guest relations abilities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reservation systems
Ability to coordinate housekeeping, front office, reservations, F&B, and kitchen operations
Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
