Key Responsibilities


Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Train, mentor and support housekeeping staff.
Prepare duty rosters and allocate tasks efficiently.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linen and equipment.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain accurate records (linen movement, cleaning checklists, reports).


Qualifications


Degree or Diploma in Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals and equipment.
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
