The HR/Admin Executive will play a critical role in supporting both human resources functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining a productive work environment, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting the organization's strategic and operational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Functions:


Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Monitor employee performance documentation and support performance management processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices


Administrative Duties:


Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate timely replenishment
Handle correspondence, documentation, and internal communications
Provide logistical support for meetings, trainings, and company events
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment


Data Management & Reporting:


Prepare HR and administrative reports with high accuracy
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
Support payroll input processes and employee benefits administration


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
Relevant professional certifications such as CIPM, PHRi, or equivalent are highly desirable
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar HR/Admin role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Good communication and interpersonal skills
