Responsibilities


Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
ManageHR analytics to help management make informed data-driven decisions
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll inputs, and leave management.
Help implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Provide support in performance management activities, including appraisals and feedback processes.
Address routine employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and other HR-related events.
Prepare HR-related reports as required (headcount, turnover, leave summaries, etc.).
Support disciplinary and grievance processes under supervision.
Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
Overtime management.


Requirements


B.Sc in Human Resource Management/IRPM or allied disciplines
A minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR /Admin Officer, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is very important
A Relevant professional certificationisan advantage
Advanced knowledge of HR analytics, HR software, Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint, is required
Knowledge of HR technology is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of payroll administration is require
Experience in overtime management is required.
