Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is hired.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Nurture a positive working environment and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Organize training and development programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required.


Requirements & Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2-4years of HR experience,
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead HR projects and initiatives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, etc.) is an added advantage.
