We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee human resource and administrative operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all HR and administrative functions of the organization.

Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives.

Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
Support executive management in strategic planning and organizational development.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR and administrative management.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, make decisions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
