Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related disciplines, Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, ACA, ACCA, or ICAN will be an added advantage with a minimum of 15 years relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
