Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant to support our HR operations, performance management processes, and administrative coordination.
This role is critical to ensuring staff accountability, timesheet compliance, and structured weekly reporting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination
Manage attendance and leave tracking
Performance Management
Track employee KPIs and performance metrics
Support performance review cycles and documentation
Follow up with teams on performance submissions
Timesheet & Reporting (Core Focus)
Collect and validate weekly staff timesheets
Track compliance across departments
Follow up on late or missing submissions
Maintain a centralized reporting system
Weekly Reporting
Prepare and submit structured weekly reports covering:
Timesheet compliance
Staff attendance
Performance tracking updates
Leave and absence summaries
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure proper documentation of HR and administrative processes
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company data
Support internal audits and compliance checks
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
1 - 4 years in HR or administrative roles
Experience with reporting, tracking, or coordination roles is a strong advantage
Skills
Strong Excel and reporting skills
High attention to detail
Excellent follow-up and coordination ability
Strong organizational and communication skills
