About the Role


We are seeking a smart, driven, and people-oriented Human Resource Advisor to join our team.

The Human Resource Advisor will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, workforce administration, learning & development, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Support:


Support end-to-end recruitment activities
Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Maintain candidate and recruitment databases
Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
Participate in employer branding initiatives


Employee Relations & Engagement:


Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
Assist with handling employee inquiries and HR communications
Help coordinate staff welfare and engagement programs
Promote positive workplace relationships and professionalism


HR Operations & Administration:


Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Support attendance, leave, and documentation management
Assist with preparing HR reports and workforce analytics
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures


Learning & Development Support:


Coordinate training schedules and learning activities
Track employee training participation and development plans
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Assist with HR research and process improvement initiatives


Data Analysis & Reporting:


Analyze HR data and generate insights for decision-making
Prepare reports, presentations, and HR dashboards
Support workforce planning and trend analysis
Utilize digital tools, HRMS platforms, and AI-enabled solutions effectively


Requirements
Education & Eligibility:


Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline
Fresh graduate who graduated not earlier than 2023
NYSC completed or currently serving


Skills & Competencies:


Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
Excellent communication skills including listening, speaking, writing, and reading in English
Strong numerical, statistical, and data analytical skills
Creative thinker capable of generating original ideas and solutions
Strong computer proficiency including:

Spreadsheets
Word processing tools
Presentation software
Email communication tools
HRMS platforms


Artificial Intelligence tools
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build mutually respectful and influential relationships
Strong organizational and time management abilities
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
