JOB SUMMARY
The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for managing the organization's human resources and administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. The role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and office administration while supporting management in achieving organizational objectives.
Job Description :
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding)
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR database
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues
Promote a positive work culture aligned with company values
Manage grievance procedures and conflict resolution
Plan employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs
Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Support managers in setting KPIs and monitoring performance
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
Compensation & Benefits
Administer payroll inputs and ensure accuracy
Manage leave records and attendance tracking
Oversee benefits administration (health insurance, pensions, etc.)
Ensure compliance with compensation policies and statutory requirements
HR Policy & Compliance
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Office Administration
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage office supplies, assets, and vendor relationships
Supervise administrative staff (receptionist, office assistant, drivers, etc.)
Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs
Maintain corporate records and official documentation
Prepare administrative and HR reports

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage
5 - 10 years of HR and administrative experience (adjust based on level)
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
Experience managing administrative operations
