Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking to engage a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the HR and administrative functions of the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR operations, compliance with labour laws, and smooth coordination between management and staff within a manufacturing environment..


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and employee letters.
Ensure compliance with Kenyan Labour Laws and internal company policies.
Support payroll preparation and maintain related records.
Handle employee queries and support staff welfare initiatives.
Support disciplinary processes and performance management documentation.
Assist in coordinating training and staff development activities.


REQUIREMENTS:


Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
At least 2 years' HR experience working in a manufacturing company.
Experience in the security industry will be an added advantage.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Kenyan Labour Laws and basic payroll processes.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
