Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2 - 3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Additional Requirement:
Candidates must reside in close proximity to Ikota, Ajah (or be willing to relocate)
