Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and people-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team in delivering efficient HR operations and providing excellent employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Prepare HR documents, letters, reports, and other administrative materials.
Support attendance, leave, and employee records management.
Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Respond to employees\' HR-related enquiries and provide appropriate support.
Assist with payroll and other HR administrative processes.
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee information.
Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
0 - 1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of basic HR practices and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
