Prepare and maintain employee files, ensuring that documents are up to date and accurate
Assist with employee onboarding and training, and conduct new employee orientations
Coordinate employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans
Manage employee relations issues, and act as a liaison between management and employees
Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
HND / Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related fields
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
