You'll work closely with the People Lead and Operations Manager, supporting the full HR function while learning the foundations of building strong culture, people systems, and modern HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
HR Operations & Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records
Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits
Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws
Manage and keep employee data up to date
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Support end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs
Deliver smooth, structured, and welcoming onboarding experiences
Employee Engagement & Culture Support:
Support performance review cycles.
Support engagement initiatives, team events, and communications
Be a trusted point of contact for employee queries
Help build a positive, respectful workplace culture
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement:
Improve people processes and HR workflows.
