We are seeking an HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, and overall HR administration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR processes while contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from role briefing to onboarding.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and performance management processes while ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Prepare employment contracts, and other HR documentation
Assist with payroll inputs, maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Carry out other HR and recruitment-related duties assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment and HR.
Previous experience in a BPO, HR consulting, recruitment or outsourcing company is preferred.
Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
Immediate availability is an added advantage.
