We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Business Partner Associate to join our team. As the HRBP Associate you will support the HR Business Partner and play a vital role in delivering strategic HR solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. This position offers valuable exposure to HR operations and initiatives, providing a platform for professional growth within the HR field.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Administrative HR Support & Data Management
Provide administrative support to the HRBP in the execution of HR strategies and programs.
Assist in compiling data and preparing documentation for headcount planning and HR reviews.Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as directed by the HRBP.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordination
Provide logistical support for the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Assist in the initial collection and filing of candidate CVs and applications.
Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation schedules to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
Performance Management & Employee Relations Support
Assist the HRBP in tracking the performance management cycle, sending reminders, and filing completed reviews.
Provide logistical support for employee engagement initiatives and forums.
Under the guidance of the HRBP, help with the documentation and filing for disciplinary processes and performance improvement plans.
HR Compliance & Policy Administration
Assist in the filing and organization of compliance-related documents.
Help in distributing updated HR policies to employees and maintaining version control.
Learning & Development and Culture Support
Provide coordination support for training programs, including scheduling, venue setup, and material preparation.
Assist in the logistics for culture and engagement initiatives as directed
Skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1- 3 years' experience in a HR Role in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and maintain high standards of HR practice.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
