Key Duties and Responsibilities
HR Strategy Support
Employee relations.
Develop workforce plans aligned to business needs.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.
Support performance management processes, including evaluations and improvement plans.
Support succession planning initiatives.
Ensure effective onboarding processes and monitor new hire integration.
Identify training needs and support career development pathways.
Promote a positive organisational culture aligned with business values.
Coordinate EE processes, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and targets.
Manage reporting, audits, and stakeholder engagement, including DOL submissions.
Facilitate and maintain employee forums to support engagement and communication.
HR reporting.
Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role. Experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role will receive preference. Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and Employment Equity requirements.
