Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field; Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent is an added advantage with 6 - 10 years progressive HR experience, with strong HR business partnering exposure in FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, logistics or a fast-paced commercial environment.
