Responsibilities


Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with applicable labor laws and organizational requirements.
Monitor changes in employment legislation and advise management on compliance implications.
Conduct regular HR compliance audits, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with employment contracts, statutory obligations, employee documentation, and record retention requirements.
Partner with Legal, Internal Audit, and other departments on compliance-related matters.
Lead investigations into HR compliance issues and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Support regulatory inspections, external audits, and compliance reporting.
Develop and deliver training programs on HR policies, ethics, workplace conduct, and compliance requirements.
Monitor compliance with onboarding, offboarding, performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee relations practices.
Track HR compliance metrics and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information in accordance with applicable data privacy regulations.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
3 - 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 - 3 years in HR compliance or employee relations.
