Geospatial Research Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about people management, organizational development, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
Support payroll preparation, leave administration, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, learning and development activities, and performance management processes.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and other employment-related documentation.
Handle employee relations matters and provide administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in a Human Resources role.
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
