Responsibilities:
Assist in projects that have a real impact, from assessing organizational needs to improving processes or collaborating directly with key functions. You'll develop a deep understanding in areas like Employee engagement, Benefits & compensation, Recruitment & training.
Skills & Qualification:
Exceptional MS Excel and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to assimilate and summarize information
Pay attention to detail & accuracy
Ability to interact and communicate effectively both orally and in written correspondence/Reports
Completed degree in HR, Business, or related field (Postgraduate qualification is a plus)
Demonstrates personal accountability and urgency in completing assignments and achieving results
Ability to research and use AI tools
Self-motivated and high level of initiative
Positive attitude with a passion for fast-paced environments
