Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Records: Maintain employee information, organize HR documents, and ensure data accuracy.
Coordination & Scheduling: Arrange interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
Payroll Support: Assist with timesheets and payroll processing to ensure accurate compensation.
Employee Support & Engagement: Respond to HR-related queries, support engagement initiatives, and assist with performance reviews.
Training & Development
Qualifications
At least 6 months to 1 year internship experience
Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management
Tech savvy and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of confidentiality
Knowledge in Health and safety regulations is an advantage
