Job Summary:


Responsible for supporting key Human Resources functions including recruitment coordination, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding processes, HR documentation, and general administrative operations. The role provides practical exposure to HR practices and talent management while contributing to the efficient delivery of departmental objectives.


Academic & Professional Qualification:


Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
