Key Responsibilities
Assist with filing, documentation, and records management
Support recruitment activities such as CV sorting and interview coordination
Maintain employee files and HR records
Assist in onboarding and offboarding documentation
Handle basic HR correspondence and communication
Support day-to-day HR administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good filing and record-keeping skills
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Ability to maintain confidentiality
