We are currently seeking a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This opportunity is open to graduates and NYSC Corps Members (seeking PPA placement) looking to gain valuable HR experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
Assisting with onboarding and employee documentation
Maintaining HR records and databases
Drafting HR letters and basic documentation
Providing administrative support to the HR team
Occasionally supporting HR consulting activities for client organizations
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
NYSC Corps Members and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Prior internship or basic exposure to HR is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and administrative abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a dynamic environment
