Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes (shortlisting, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
Support onboarding and employee documentation
Maintain and organize employee files (physical and digital)
Assist with leave tracking and HR data management
Support payroll preparation documentation
Participate in employee engagement initiatives
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications
Recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Basic understanding of HR principles
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality and integrity
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Organized, proactive and willing to learn
