MINIMMUM REQUIREMENTS


National Diploma/ Degree in HR
Previous Agricultural related experience
At least 3 years' experience in operational environment, preferably agriculture
Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word)
Previous HR experience essential
Must have strong management skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with and motivate a team
Valid Driver's license

Recruitment
Skills audits
Skill Development
Enforce Company Disciplinary Code
Liaise with our Labour Lawyer
Facilitate Disciplinary hearings
Represent the company at the CCMA
Liaise with Unions


Administrative Duties


Compiling of Job Profiles
Manage Staff Contracts
Manage the Biometric System
Manage and capture attendance register
Capture data on Sage Payroll Professional
Good knowledge of Sage Accounting will be an advantage
Excel Advance capabilities
Compile monthly wages
Assist and support Farm Business Manager
Manage Provident Fund
Fluency in Xhosa language would be a bonus
