Fort Hermon Limited is recruiting to fill the position of: HR Manager. The position is located in Lagos State. Salary: N500,000 - N600,000 monthly. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field with 5 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role specifically within a bank or microfinance institution (MFI). Active membership or professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, PHRi, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
