Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of five (5) years of HR experience in a similar - sized or larger organization.
Professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) is required.
Experience within the technology, software, cybersecurity, or related industry will be an added advantage.
Strong people management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives, support organizational growth, and implement people - focused strategies.
