Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

Provide guidance on employee relations and organizational development
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
Manage HR budgets, reporting, and departmental performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
Professional HR certification is required (CIPM, CIPD, or any equivalent professional institute)
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including managerial experience
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
