Our client in the hospitality industry is hiring an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and workforce management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
4 - 6 years HR management experience
Experience in hospitality, clubs, entertainment, or F&B industry preferred
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws & statutory compliance
Experience in recruitment, onboarding & performance management
Strong employee relations & conflict resolution skills
Leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in HR systems, payroll & HR reporting
