Job Summary
- We are seeking qualified and experienced professionals (5-10 years' experience) for the HR Manager position
Requirements
- People Management & Leadership
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Conflict Resolution & Negotiation
- High level of Integrity and Confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects/sites.
- CIPM Certified.
General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 5-10 years of industrial catering experience
- Previous experience in a similar industry
- Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation
- Catering certification is an added advantage
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Knowledge of catering hygiene standards.
