Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Search using a diverse mix of approved sourcing Channels.
Talent identification
Talent contracting and documentation
Talent onboarding
Offer advisory to the Bank on Talent Management improvement areas based on Data Driven Metrics.
Minimum Requirements;
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other Data Analytics tools.
