Interested candidates should possess a BSc/HND in Industrial Relations or any social science course, with 3-5 years' experience in Manufacturing (managing contract staff in a factory) and professional certification CIPM. The role is strictly an on-site role for "Male HR Professionals" for gender equality and the candidate must be a resident within Ota, Ogun State and environs.
