Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave management, and staff welfare
Support payroll coordination and statutory remittances
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role
Good knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience in retail, FMCG, or cosmetics industry is an added advantage
