Summary
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
Responsibilities
Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Developing programmes that enhance employee relations
Ensuring employees have correct pay and benefits
Delivering compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team
Promoting equality, health and safety within the company
Ensuring that company employment policies follow national laws and regulations
Advising executives on matters of salaries, redundancy and employment law
Recording and processing confidential information
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in business administration, social studies or relevant field.
Proven experience as HR officer.
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
