Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and reliable HR Operations Intern to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the HR and administrative operations.
This role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and able to provide hands-on support to ensure internal processes run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate and follow up on internal requests and operational tasks.
Assist with employee documentation, records management, and filing.
Support onboarding, staff movement, and general HR coordination activities.
Liaise with internal teams to support office and operational needs.
Track HR-related data, attendance, and basic operational reports.
Ensure tasks are executed promptly and in line with internal procedures.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
Candidate should possess minimum of a Bachelors' Degree.
0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
Must be a male candidate.
Recent graduate or NYSC member who has completed or is close to completing service.
Strong interest in HR operations and administrative coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to support hands-on operations.
