Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and accountability
Enforce company policies, structure, and professional standards
Manage staff coordination, attendance, and performance tracking
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
Ensure proper communication flow between management and team members
Identify operational gaps and implement systems to improve workflow
Handle internal issues, conflicts, and ensure discipline is maintained
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute company directives
Track and report operational performance across teams
Ensure all processes, systems, and structures are followed strictly
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of HR and operations management
Proven experience managing people, systems, or business operations
High level of organization and attention to detail
Strong leadership presence — able to enforce structure and accountability
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving mindset — able to identify issues and fix them quickly
Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
Experience in EdTech or service-based business is an added advantage
Must be available to work on-site in Ibadan or Lagos
