About the Role
Our client is looking for an HR & Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition and HR operations. This role is critical for attracting top-tier talent and ensuring HR compliance in a globally distributed workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Oversee relationships with external recruiters and hiring platforms.
Ensure HR compliance and best practices for a distributed workforce.
Requirements
Proven experience in HR, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Strong knowledge of South African employment regulations (global HR experience is a plus).
Fluency in German and knowledge of European employment laws (highly desirable but not mandatory)
Ability to work independently and scale HR functions in a fast-growing company.
