RESPONSIBILITIES


Manage daily attendance tracking and end-to-end payroll processes.
Handle disciplinary cases and facilitate positive employee relations across the organization. Oversee the management and compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for staff safety.
Coordinate employee welfare programs to ensure a supportive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular meetings with client
representatives to align on operational goals and feedback.
Perform Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and coordinate professional development sessions.
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the client to ensure smooth communication.


REQUIREMENTS


Possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a relevant professional field.
Demonstrate a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in HR administration.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build professional relationships.
Maintain high proficiency in the use of HRIS applications and office software.
