What You'll Do
Advise on HR strategy, compliance, and workforce planning
Support recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development
Deliver HR audits, policies, and training programs.
Provide workforce analytics and insights for better decision-making.
What We're Looking For
5 years' HR consulting or workforce advisory experience
Strong knowledge of labor law & HR compliance
Excellent facilitation and client engagement skills
Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
