Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline with a minimum of 7 years in HRIS with strong HR Analytics Capability experience, preferably in a multi-location, manufacturing, or large corporate environment.
