Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related fields; Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR or equivalent are highly preferred with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR Management including leadership or strategic HR responsibilities.
