Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations and performance management processes.
Support learning and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Chartered Member of CIPM, CIPD, or any equivalent professional institute.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Knowledge of HR systems and Nigerian labour law regulations.
