Job Responsibilities
Partner with business departments to provide HR support and help achieve business objectives.
Manage recruitment requirements and follow up on hiring for key positions.
Handle employee relations, including onboarding, offboarding, probation confirmation, labor relations, and employee communications.
Support the implementation of performance management, talent development, and organizational development initiatives.
Assist in promoting corporate culture and organizing employee engagement activities.
Maintain a close understanding of business team dynamics and provide effective HR solutions.
Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience; candidates with at least 2 years of HRBP experience are preferred.
Familiar with key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Internet, consumer electronics, or manufacturing industries.
Previous team management experience.
Experience supporting overseas or international business operations.
Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
