Ashipa Electric is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to join our Technical Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures
Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations
Lead safety trainings and toolbox talks
Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
2 - 4 years of relevant HSE experience
NEBOSH/IOSH certification is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
